I have visited my family member at this facility numberous times. I too have experienced rude staff, more concerned with texting, facebook, and phone calls rather than tend to the residents and family members. The Director of Nursing and many of the other administrative staff are unprofessional as well; failing to furnished policies that govern operations and residents rights. Please do not choose this facility for your love ones. As I try to get mine removed.
