My husband was sent to this facility after having back surgery. He was there about six weeks. The nursing care was very sub-standard. Many of my requests for his care were ignored. My husband was ignored. He was left hanging off his bed. The sheet on his bed was stained with urine and feces and had not been changed. The bathroom in the room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The nurses were very nasty in attitude. My husband's room had not been cleaned by the housekeeping staff in several days. His clothing was stolen.
