My aunt has been a residence at MMW for two years. The staff take exceptional care of my aunt and are good about communicating any issues (ie, change in meds, minor mishaps, etc). The facility is clean and well-kept. There's a chapel on-site, so my aunt can attend services. The social programs there are very engaging for my aunt and beyond the typical bingo. They have Kentucky Derby parties, bring in musicians from Julliard to perform, really cool stuff.
