Although the care of the residents at the facility is good due to dedicate CNAs and RNs, the administrative staff is horrible. In the four years my mother was a resident, I was never able to resolve and issue because the administrative staff kept changing. The food is another major issue that the facility refuses to address. There also limited activity for the residents.
