When my mother entered the facility it was my 5th choice. They were the only ones with beds. Since my mother has been there she has gone down hill. When I finally was able to start processing to get her out she was admitted to the Hospital. Now I do not know what I can do. In addition I have made many calls tot the social worker and business department and have had no return phone calls. What is strange is that once she started getting better she then regressed. It was supposed to be short term and it became long term. She was there for rehab but 8 dyas into rehab the PT department stopped her rehab and she was put in a wheelchair and restraned. Now she finds it difficult to walk.
This place should not exist. They are short staffed and the staff is underpaid and doesn't care about anyone. They just sit in the dining hall or recreation room and play games on their cell phones. I woulld take pictures but cameras are not allowed. What is even funnier is that the signs are posted that cell phone use is not allowed for the employees.
