I wish I could give more stars. I have a family member in this facility and although he receives good care from the staff, I must say that on more than one occassion I have witnessed the Director treat her staff like garbage. Yelling at an employee in front of others is unprofessional. I don't think I have ever seen this woman be nice to anyone! She is supposed to be a leader and should lead by example, but instead she is a complete tyrant who belittles her staff.
