This place is an absolute joke! They dont seem to care about the residents needs or concerns. Its all about the money, pull in as many residents as they can and dont worry if the staff have any idea what they will be faced with. Things get swept under the rug and ignored. If they knew how to run the place and not have such. A big change over in staffing things may not be soo bad. But until they learn i wouldnt send my dog there!!

Exactly! I have no clue how they stay in business. These people are left in bed all day every day and never showered, groomed or exercised. Disgusting. Not to mention the amount of clothes missing!
