I don't know what the problem is with that place but I will never let someone I love and care about stay here again. There's a 20-40min wait to get a bed pan or assistance using the bathroom. And that's just the one of the MANY issues My Grandmother had to endure while in this home. I don't know if Victory Lake is under Staffed or if the staff just don't care about their jobs but something seriously needs to change there!
