Facility has a wonderful Rehab Department and program. All staff members including administration are kind and caring for the patients. Its a small nursing home so all the patients get the attention and care. My family member was in another large Facility nobody new she was there and was left unattended for long hours at a time. At New Glen Oaks N.H. she was never left unattended. Its not a new modern facility but maintained well and kept very clean. There is no odor and all patients are well groomed. The nurses give excellent care. There are good activities every day and the meals are tasty. Facility is highly recommended
