My 89-year-old aunt was placed in this facility to recuperate after spending over a month in the hospital. Staff was so inattentive that she tried to go to the restroom herself. She slipped on a wet floor and hurt her back. As a result, she had to stay three or four days longer than planned. They had the nerve to bill her for that time!! We should have sued them. Also, the food was terrible and whenever I called, the attitude of staff was deplorable. They are still bugging my aunt for money.
