I give it one star for the dedication of their hands-on caregivers who are, for the most parts working against all odds to deliver good care to their clients. By 'against all odds', I refer to the facility's tendency to go for cheap when running the center. Food, though prepared creatively is substandard -try and find a fresh vegies or fruit! Equipment is always breaking down- elevator outage is habitual resulting in late or lost rehab sessions.
