Do not under any circumstance put your loved one in this facility! The only thing good about it is the aids but their so short staffed that patients don't get good care, no fault of the aids. The Drs in there are ridiculous and good luck finding out who they are can guaranteed you'll never see them. I feel so sorry for the patients in there that have nobody to look out for them. They should be closed right down if you ask me.

I am going thru the exact same thing, I'm with you the aids are wonderful they actually are the only caring people in there. I don't know what unit your loved one is on but mine is lighthouse and I have had to go over there heads and call the doctors myself so he could be seen. He's been in there not even 4 months and already 2 bedsores! A couple of the nurses are caring the rest only do what they absolutely have to do. They actually thought I was gonna leave my loved one in there I can't understand how any families allow their family member be there. I'm in the same process of getting my loved one out. We didn't even give the hospital permission to take him there we told them no next thing we no find out he's there and still fighting for a answer who authorized them to do this. New building different location the same care as in Alden. My opinion is it should be closed forget complaints went to administrator and still no results.
