Terrible security. No one at security desk on weekend. Anyone can walk in. Nurses station recessed, can't see patients' rooms or hallway access points, looks directly into the so-called activity room/day room, where I saw no activity but sitting. They have a recorded problem of theft of patient belongings. No wonder! Nurses (all ranks) and orderlies spend time talking to each other, not to patients. Be prepared to take photos, keep an incident diary and to file formal complaints. And if you love your relative, go as often as you can or they will be sitting in their own waste for hours.
