poor condition, unclean center with out dated equipment. beds are brooken and outdated. furniture are old, abused and unsanitary. The safety of patients are also a major concern seeing that security doesn't care who walks in the facility and walks around. The night nurse are rude and very unsupportive. Equipment used for therapy is so out dated and looks like it was purchased from a 99 cent store.
