The website is very misleading and portrays a very attractive facility. In fact currently it is under construction with no outside access of places to sit for the residents. Although the patients are kept clean, there is a lot of dirt and grime to be noted, Much of the equipment seems out dated and very worn. Individual needs of residents may not be met due to faulty equipment such as improper fitting wheelchairs. Care varies greatly. For the elder population, one would hope for more engagement and
better observation of health issues.Rating this with a star system is difficult as I do not have experience to compare it with other places. Although I have seen many competent staff, have been shocked overall and it is hard to know if what I am seeing is the 'norm'.
