Based on the website presentation, one would be persuaded to send their love ones to a facility of this quality. But don't be fooled, it was a mistake for our family to have chosen this center. The standard of care is of poor quality. They are negligible and unaccountable in any unfortunate situation that has arisen since our family was brought to this facility.The CNA's are constantly falsifying notes in the patient record. Some of the staff including Nurses and CNA's are unprofessional and disrespectful. They leave the patients in urine soaked pampers for several hours. They do not take care of the patients promptly. This facility has the potential to be an asset to this community; however, for this change to take place, I recommend that changes must start from the top down.
