So far we have not had a good experience. My cousin has been there now for two months after a fall. He is not getting the rehab he needs. He sits in a room all day with people who do not speak his language. He has fallen again at least once in the facility. The staff is shift and evasive. They have moved him twice already without informing us and have made verbal promises and/or commitments on at least three occasions and then broken them without compunction. My recommendation is to avoid this facility.

I sorry to hear that your cousin did not receive the type of rehab and care during your former stay at Shore View. Although we cannot change the past, I would just like to make you aware that the entire facility has undergone a total makeover (following the devastating super storm sandy).
I would be more then happy to give you a tour of everything that has changed since your cousins prior admission (I must say, some people come in and cannot fathom that it is the same facility).
