my review at this time shows a lack of supervision toward the clients/patients. there has been a numerous of health and safety issues occuring at Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Ctr. I was told other wise since they have opened but at the present time their ratings and reviews are going down from 5 to maybe a 3.
