I had the chance to attend the Pelham Parkway family holiday party last month. All the residents and families had a great time. The staff interacted well with everyone, the food was enjoyable, the heads of all the departments attended and introduced themselves even though it took place over a weekend. There were raffles, dancing and entertainment.
It seemed like a nice, clean and warm place to bring a family member if the situation should arise.
