I would strongly not recommend this facility to anyone who loves their family members. We recently admitted my mother for rehab at this facility; the first few days that she was there while she as able to make her needs known, things were ok. However, as she declined so did the service provided by the staff. My mother expressed to her nurses and nursing staff that she was in pain, even sending us a text at 5:30 a.m. begging us to help her. We arrived at the facility and 18 hours later after constant begging and pleading with the nursing staff and doctor to give my mother a pain reliever stronger than tylenol, she was finally given morphine wherein she was able to relax enough to pass away. She was not checked on a regular basis by the nurses or aides and remained in one position for 12 hours. If it wasn't was for us telling the nurses and aides that she needed to be changed and cleaned up, she would have laid in her own feces for at least three hours.
