It is the most poorly ran facility that I have ever been exposed to in new mexico. The Administrator has not a clue what is going on in her facility. Administration is more concerned about likes and dislikes of each and every individual and getting others fired or in trouble. They have no regard for policy and procedure or using proper chains of command.
