The staff here at this location is very rude and un-informal!!! I called, because I had some questions about the Place and got hung up on and left messages that were never returned!!! I even asked the front clerk where the district office was located, and the number; SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW!!!! I am still trying to search for the "main" office. They are RUDE!!! I'm surprised that there are families that actually want to leave their elders here?!! It kinda makes you wonder how they treat the patients??!!!
