I totally agree. It is filthy, broken down and the personel are beyond lazy. Things get stolen. They can't even do laundry. They mix it all up. My brother is there and I saw someone else wearing his clothes! I am reporting to the state on the conditions here, although, I don't know if it will do any good or if the state cares.
