I’m not sure where to begin, but the result of my family’s experience with this rehab center is one of utter disgust. My mother was there for 10 days before we finally removed her.
The facility is not well maintained and the care is sup-optimal. They are understaffed, and it is apparent that leadership is not concerned with satisfying their customers.
The poor care given to my mother included giving her another patient’s prescribed medication. In addition, she was not given a shower and her room was not cleaned regularly.
During a team meeting to discuss my mother’s care and the state of their facility, the administrator resisited communications related to these concerns. He stated that he did not want to hear about complaints.
THESE EVENTS ARE NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE! The end effect of them is improper care and low performance.
Please do not make the same mistake of leaving your love one in this facility.
