I can understand that people have different experiences but my mother LOVED the staff at St. Cloud. They were always attentive to her needs and handled her with care. Linda at the front desk knew my brothers and sisters all by name ( I think she knows everyone who has ever walked in the door by name!!) and always made us feel at home. We were encouraged to take a tour of all the places on our list beforehand and I think this helped a lot with our decision. You should do the same.
