The worst rehab center I have ever seen. My mom has been in a few rehab centers in the state. And merwick by far has to be ONE OF THE WORST!!! Even after complaing to the people in charge of certain deptarments there, the same things kept on happening, rude aides,arguing right in front of you about how paperwork has to get done meanwhile your loved one is waiting for there asstisance to use the bathroom, REALLY??? what kind of place are these people running? You ask for something and there favorite line is I will be right back and never been seen again. horrible, horrible… needless to say her stay there was brief after arranging a transfer to a more qualified facility.
