Grossly understaffed for competent certified nursing care, especially on weekends-Weekends are gruesome there! - health aids are nice, but again have too many patients - patient required equipment NOT maintained or serviced - Since floors are understaffed, patients can be left waiting for hours for a response to a call for assistance - Food varies from eatable to uneatable - Cleanliness is ok, not great - sometimes hallway odors are rather ripe -
Windsor Healthcare gutted the core staff of the old Merwick facility by refusing to pay the same salaries as provided by Princeton Healthcare. The old staff were competent and provided information to family members. The new Merwick, although a nice facility, needs to upgrade their staff substantially to meet any kind of quality.
