This is the first time that I have ever been compelled to submit a review on an organization, but this is also the first time I have ever been so disgusted with an organization. Merwick is a poorly managed/run organization. The various departments do not appear to communicate with each other, thus forcing patients to call every department to get an overall answer. The employees that I dealth with were incompetent and repeatedly apologized for errors and informed me that they were new at this job. I will never allow another family member to be sent to Merwick and I would recommend that you the reader do the same. It is difficult enough dealing with the unfortunate situation that sent your family member to Merwick in the first place, but the incompetence and poor management found at Merwick only serves to compound the situation.
