Terrible for long term nursing care. From the beginning we felt as if the staff did not give a d*** about m other in law. The admissions staff was rarely available to discuss specifics, they had no advice AT ALL about how to help handle the transition into a nursing care facility. They ignored most if not all of our concerns and requests. I can't express how terrible our experience was…to the point of tears. It also seemed like the admissions staff were employed with no experience in the field. They were young, arrogant and in a few cases flip. I cannot speak for the rehab facility, butbplease don't put your lved one in their long-term nursing care. To be honest, the experience will live with us for some time.
