The nurses are excellent in Merwick although upper management needs improvement. Managers are rarely on the unit and patients are told they are in meetings. To run a successful "business", management needs to be present and working. Too many changes and firing of staff does not help keep the moral of staff which reflects on patient care. Without continuity, the facility is not prosperious or safe.
