Review of Lincoln Park Care Center

My mother was a resident here. I had to remover her from Lincoln Park Care Center because it is an absolute horror. The facility is dirty and smells of urine and feces at all times. Patients are not cleaned properly and left to sit in dirty diapers. I begged for help from doctors, nurses and administration and was met with outright lies. The social worker, nurse coordinator and nurse practitioner lied directly to me about my mothers care. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone! It is an awful, horrible place. My mother has since died at a different facility due to the negligence of Lincoln Park Care Center.
