Your facility needs a major over haul. It is an accident waiting to happen. There is no security at the building doors in back are not locked. Containers with explosaives are stored in an unlocked cage. Staff is not friendly or caring to patients, I have seen more then one patient frightened when a CNA walks in their room! The Cna will make remarks to the patients about having to change them after they have been sitting in filth for hours. They use bath towels for wiping rear ends this is very unsanitary!!!! The Cna's talk about patients and ridicule them. The women CNA are nasty do not talk proper english for the patients to understand them. They do not take enough time to feed patients or assist them with daily living. A friend of mine had to remove her relative because of undernourishment because they would noit take time to feed patient. They are not qualified for a caring type of job like this. There are alot of people looking for jobs. There is not enough help in this facility in every department. They complain they don't have proper supplies this is why they use bath towels instead of wipes. This facility needs a real inspection. You don't even deserve one star.
