Oceana Rehab & Nursing is one of the last places you can send your loved ones. They'll tell you that are equipped for your needs, but they are not, most of the equipment is so old, broken, or illasembled, it's downright dangerous & if you are unable to, or afraid to use the crap equipment, they mark it down as you refused. (I only gave them 1 star because it was the lowest there is, but even 1is too high!)
