Review of Burlington Woods

4 Star User Review

My mother in law was brought into Burlington Woods in early February, 2012. Other than about 3-4 hours of delay in all of her records coming from the hospital and Hospice communicating their instructions to Burlington Woods, my husband and I were very happy with the care mom got.

Mom was a Hospice patient so under the care of both Samaritan Hospice and Burlington Woods - but the BW people where the ones who were front and center and to be honest they were more help then the hospice people.

The nurses on mom's wing were great, and caring. Our biggest problem was getting coffee quickly because it wasn't always available and had to come from the kitchen.

But on the big items like keeping her clean and comfortable, documenting medications, responsiveness to problems, and dealing with us, they were great.

Mom was only there 2 weeks before she died. So my review is for that two week period. But we were very pleased with Burlington Woods.
