Broken promises. Staff is rude and management is ghetto! They are understaffed and always seemed burned out. If you want to know what is going on in the facility, just spend 5 minutes near any of the nurses stations. It may look nice, but it is a front. I wouldn't send a loved one or even an enemy to this place. STAY AWAY---->
