very short handed on staff…nurses were great but overworked…cna's were lazy and crappy….my husband had call bell on for almost 30 minutes before a cna stopped by….i asked where the nurse was….she was dealing with another patient who had fallen……my husband also got a uti from improper peri care. my suggestion to the facility…..quit trying to save a buck and hire more staff!!!!!! cheap idiots.
