I'd have to say Lake Mead Rehab has definitely taken a step up. My Brother checked in there about three weeks ago. The Admin. Manager came to his room to check on him. She made some tea for him. Who ever heard of that? He told me they are taking care of him and his needs and doing physical rehab. 5 days a week. Much better than he's experienced at other facilities. New ownership and some new staff improvements seems to have made the difference. Keep it up Lake Mead and thanks.
