This facility is extremely impossible to get a refund back from. I have been trying for almost 3 months to get an overpayment refunded and they always say it has been submitted. Also they always claim "the check is in the mail". Reaching the business office is nearly impossible and they always make excuses. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
