DON and Nursing staff are selective in their care of the residents. The staff lacks professionalism. Issues are addressed with upper management with no follow through. Complaints disappear. Staff comes to work when they want. They will always continue to have staffing problems as long as the same people continue to run the facility. There needs to be some expectations set. They never pay their staff accordingly. There is always some kind of problems on payday, which results in understaffing because people refuse to work and not be compensated. CNA's leave dirty soiled clothing and bed linen on floor which contribute to the nat infestation.
