If I could give 0 stars I would.The staff looks at you like you're an intruder. There is very little communication with family. The only reason we semi-proper care of Dad is because he stopped eating and we had to call in hospice. Right now they have no administrator and no director of nursing. Don't let the pretty scenes of StoneBridge on their website fool you. Those are of the new memory care section. Most of the residents are in the nursing home section and it looks NOTHING like the website. Check out Medicare's nursing home compare website. They only gave them one star…..must be a reason.
