Me and my husband visted Mar-Saline Manor in Marshall, Mo. To visit a friend who is staying there. We weren't very pleased because the rooms were dirty, trash can was over flowing and the odor was so bad. That we couldnt stay longer to visit our friend. Also the administrador was not very friendly made us feel unwelcome. I wouldnt recommend this home for my love ones.

The current administrator is not concerned about the patients even when an incident has been reported, and will not proceed with the appropriate measures.
