Administration didnt seem friendly at all. The woman (in the business office) I talked to about my mothers billing was rude and very short with me. My mother always complained about cold food that was tasteless and the entirety of her stay her complaints were never dealt with by kitchen staff. Nursing staff was great and very helpful. Therapy was excellent as well. Would definitely NOT recommend anyone to stay there just simply because the attitudes of the front office staff and the kitchens inability to serve food that people actually want to eat.
