The nursing staff is wonderful! They really love what they do. However, the facility itself tends to have more psych patients that elderly folks. It's not a place that is real quiet! If you're looking for a traditional home, this is a rehab as well, so you have all types of illnesses to keep in mind. The place is also not very clean. The toilet won't flush right in my family member's room, and the bowl itself is not very clean. The person who is always in the office is rude, and in my experience, talked down to me like I was a child, and I'm older than they are. It was so unprofessional. If they yell at family members, I wonder how they treat the residents??? So far, my family member has had only a few complaints, so that's a good sign. Hope this helps!
