Probably one of the worst homes i have had to stay in. Lots of staff grief amongst themselves, hatefulness all over from staff to staff and staff to patient. Most times staff would be gathered chatting amongst each other not paying attention to residents even when you can clearly hear them yelling out for help, or the call lights are constantly going off. A few times i hit my light only to have staff come flip my switch and say they'd be back only to never return. Not many friendly faces and the upper staff that would come and go from the main office where no help ever they always seemed like it was too much of a hassle to help a resident. The only friendly faces was the people from the kitchen staff who would smile and say hi to me while they were serving meals, which by the way were usually very wonderful. I would not recommend this home to anyone unless you can basically care for yourself.
