Positive: Clean appearance in building and dining areas. Excellent rehab care. Most, not all, of the staff is attentive and caring to residents. When we had a complaint, management listened and acted upon it.
Negative: 25 - 40 minute waits for an aid after the call button was pressed. On numerous occasions, after changing a resident's dirty diaper, it was either placed on the person's bed, linens, next to the pillow or tossed on the carpeted floor…not in the trashcan! Same for the dirty wipes and gloves. Disgusting! Sometimes scheduled shower days for the resident were ignored. Very short-staffed at night and on the weekends.
