My dad had hip surgery and to get physical therapy we admitted him to Plaza Community Living Center.
The first night the patient in the room with my dad kept his television sound up very loud all night long so my dad did not sleep. He asked the staff to get him to turn down the sound and they ignored him.
Also the staff did not communicate well. Each person that came into the room did not know he just had surgery and what he was there for.
Thank goodness we got him out of there and to the Singing River Hospital Rehab floor.
