This place do not deserve a rating the service.and staff is awful my grandmother was placed their for skilled services by her physician after a amputation the staff never checked her surgical site resulting in gangrene when reporting things to don she was always dumb founded and never knew an answer to nothing they never answered they call light resulting with incontinence episodes and several breakdowns..I wouldn't recommend a ruber duckling to be placed an a envioronment like this.
