Nice new facility. Bedside caregivers are friendly, respectful. My cognitively impaired parents generally dirty, unkempt. Sit all day with food smeared on their faces. We've given up on a lot, have to focus on just trying to focus on keeping them safe. Any skilled cares just plain non-existant. RNs, supervisors incompetent, avoid even getting near patients. My parents have had repeated episodes of neglect. Pervasive culture of avoidance, deception. They actively discourage any family involvement. We are so sorry we ever put our parents in this facility. We are struggling to find a new, safe home for them. This is a broken institution from top down. Don't believe these many "rating" websites. We are personally aware of multiple complaints, investigations, lawsuits by other families, none of which are noted on their reviews.
