My experience with Walker is that there is never enough staffing. The physical environment is attractive but my relative did not receive good care mostly because of a lack of help. There is not regulation in nursing homes as far as staff per resident, so I guess it can be expected that nursing homes which are in the business of making money will under-staff. Walker is by no means alone in this practice. It is, nevertheless, unconscionable.
