Haven Homes is a great facility with caring staff committed to their resident and family well-bing. My mother was there for 5 years and I was always impressed with how clean the facility was and how well cared for my mother was. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the facility she was in previously. The Director of Nursing and the administrator have both been there for a long time as have most of the staff. That stability is really noticable in the care they provide.
